At The Ebike Shop, we want you to ride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your e-bike or gear within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large e-bike shipments, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience; smaller accessories can be dropped off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
